City of Palm Coast's Seafood Festival Nov. 6 & 7
Events, Families

Come to the City of Palm Coast’s new Seafood Festival on Saturday/Sunday, November 6 & 7 – you’ll cheer on hourly National Hermit Crab Races performed by the National Crab Race Association. Brightly painted crabs race across green wooden race tracks, scooting side-by-side to the finish line. Each shelled crab is numbered for identification purposes and each race participant picks a hermit crab from an aquarium and gives the crab a name.  All the fun is scheduled every hour, on the hour.

Aside from the crab races, visitors will enjoy two days of great eating, kids carnival with popular midway rides, Frisbee K-9 Dog performances, antique and new car show, radio controlled boat racing, art show, food demo with Hell’s Kitchen’s champion Danny Veltri and lots of fabulous music. The Saturday Night Decades of Rockin’ Oldies concert begins at

8:00 p.m. Admission is only $3 for the entire day, with kids under 12 and parking free of charge.

Plan to enjoy two full days at the City’s Seafood Fest, located in Central Park at Town Center off of Bulldog Drive, ½ mile north of Flagler Palm Coast High School. Hours are noon to 10:00 p.m. on November 6th and Noon to 6:00p.m. on November 7th. For more information, please contact Lisa Gardner, City of Palm Coast Events Coordinator at 386-986-2341.
