Repeat Calls to One Home Land Several Teens in Jail

ST. JOHNS COUNTY, Fla. -- Four teenagers have been jailed following a series of incidents in the St. Johns County (Fruit Cove) area in the past month.

The first incident was on Oct. 28, according to a news release from the St. Johns County Sheriff's Office.

The release indicates neighbors had filed several complaints with the sheriff's office regarding a man selling drugs from his family's home on Maplewood Drive, so deputies set up surveillance.

At the scene, the deputies reported seeing 18-year-old Christopher William Jordan conduct several transactions prior to getting into a vehicle.

The deputies stopped and searched the vehicle, finding marijuana in Jordan's possession.

The release indicates he had been previously arrested on drug-related charges; the sheriff's office inmate search page indicates he was arrested in April, when he was 18, on charges of possession of liquor and violation of probation.
