Murder Victim's Family Pleads for More Information | Crime
Nicole Bush's family made another tearful plea for help in their daughter's murder case.
Ramone Gregory, Bush's brother in law asked for anyone who knows more information about the case to call the St. Johns County Sheriff's Office. Kimberly Gregory, Bush's sister stood crying next to her husband as he spoke. Bush's two young boys now live with them in Tampa.
Sean Bush, Nicole's husband, has already been arrested and charged for her murder. However, St. Johns County Sheriff David Shore said Monday there is more information "out there" that could help investigators.
An anonymous tip placed with Crime Stoppers has lead investigators to believe someone knows more information about he crime. Shore would not talk about what kind of information they're hoping to
Bush was found stabbed and shot in her Fruit Cove home in May 2011. Nicole Bush and her husband were going through a divorce at the time.
Sean Bush has a criminal past, including an arrest for attempted murder in New Jersey, according to the prosecutors' office there. However, he plead to a lesser charge and received probation. Nicole Bush's mother tells First Coast News while he was on probation, he started visiting Nicole in Michigan.
Sean Bush remains in jail.
