Sean Bush Enters Not Guilty Plea in Wife's Death | Crime

ST. JOHNS COUNTY, Fla. -- The man arrested for murdering his estranged wife has entered a not guilty plea.

Sean Bush was not in court today, but his attorney entered the plea on his behalf.

Nicole Bush, 35, was found suffering from multiple gunshot and stab wounds on May 31 in her Fruit Cove home.  She died at the hospital.

Sean Bush was a person of interest from the beginning, and was charged with first degree murder in late August.

Bush is due in court next for a pretrial hearing on Nov. 15.
